Joyce Cox

Joyce Cox, VES, a respected Visual Effects Society (VES) Fellow and multiple VES Award winner, received the VES Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to advancing visual effects. With credits on Titanic, The Dark Knight, The Great Gatsby, Men in Black III, Avatar, and The Jungle Book, she has shaped popular culture for decades. VES Chair Lisa Cooke praised her as an exceptional producer, innovator, and mentor. Additionally, the Society acknowledges her vision in developing a unified visual effects budgeting system, which is the foundation of the LVFX budget management system.

Michael Fink

Michael Fink, VES is an esteemed Visual Effects Supervisor who has created groundbreaking effects for over 40 years, with credits on WarGames, Batman Returns, Braveheart, X-Men, X-Men 2, Constantine, Avatar, and Life of Pi. An Academy Award winner, he is now Professor Emeritus at USC's School of Cinematic Arts. Although he has completed his term on the Executive Committee of the Academy's Visual Effects Branch, he remains active on the Branch Executive Committee, contributing ideas for the Academy Museum. A founding member and longtime Board Director of the Visual Effects Society, he has also been honored as a VES Fellow.

Richard Hollander

Richard Hollander, VES, former President of the Film Division and Senior Visual Effects Supervisor at Rhythm & Hues Studios, led VFX production on Superman Returns, Garfield, 300: Rise of an Empire, The Cat in the Hat, Chronicles of Riddick, and Alita: Battle Angel. He serves on the Academy's Sci-Tech Council and Executive Committee, is a founding VES Board member and VES Fellow, and is a recipient of the Academy's Scientific and Technical Achievement Award. He is currently embedded in Jim Cameron’s Avatar series.

Lee Burger

Lee Berger, VES, is a seasoned film industry veteran with extensive experience in on-set production and visual effects. Initially a DGA First Assistant Director, he transitioned to VFX Producer and Studio Executive. He held senior roles at DNEG, Rhythm & Hues, and Blue Sky/VIFX, contributing to award-winning films like The Golden Compass and Life of Pi, as well as the Academy Award-nominated The Chronicles of Narnia. As CEO of East Grand Films, he led a film development fund in partnership with the Taiwanese government and served as Executive Producer on Warner Bros. Yogi Bear.

Maricel Pagulayan

Maricel Pagulayan, VES, is an acclaimed Visual Effects Producer with over 20 years of experience in the film industry. She has made notable contributions to high-profile projects like Valkyrie, Mission Impossible - Rogue Nation, Godzilla: King of Monsters, and Dune: Part One. Her expertise in managing complex visual effects has earned her widespread recognition and respect in the industry.

Michael Stein

Michael Stein, VES, is a technology leader with over 30 years of experience across visual effects, gaming, animation, and location-based entertainment. He has collaborated with top studios, media companies, creative tech firms, and global brands. Most recently, as CTO at Framestore, a leading visual effects and animation company, Michael directed technology strategy and operations across eight global locations.
